All sessions are catered to your (or group) personal goals and are perfect for individuals who want to deepen their practice, work on more difficult poses like inversions or balancing poses, want to feel more confident in group class setting, want to learn more about yoga philosophy and meditation or would just like a personalized experience.
We make every effort to accommodate individuals from all walks of life and activity levels therefore adaptive one on one yoga sessions are also available. Adaptive yoga is a mindful approach to adapting poses for the body. This can include using a chair, wall, or yoga props.
