30 min Free Virtual Discovery Visit
The discovery visit is designed for new patients who are looking for some guidance and to see if Body Balance Therapies is the right fit for them. In this visit you will learn about the possible causes of your pain and/or injury, create a clear picture for addressing it and learn how you can quickly get back to ENJOYING your life again! With this visit you entitled to SAME DAY SPECIALS! Enjoy discounts on future virtual or in person PT visits if you book the same day!
60 Min Virtual PT Evaluation
In this one-hour virtual evaluation we will discuss your journey, what you are currently going through and goals you may have for the future. We will investigate movement patterns, posture, areas of pain and discomfort and much more. We will then cater your treatment to the session findings and establish specific goals for success. This will include but not limited to – self-myofascial release, stretches, strengthening exercises and recommendations for managing pain.
60 min Virtual PT Follow up
This is a one-hour follow up to discuss how you are doing with your current program, reassess movement patterns, address any ongoing pain, discomfort or new challenges. We will then go through guided treatment session and update home program as needed.
20 min Power PT Session
This 20 min power PT session is intended for patients who want a quick follow up to a previous session, or for individuals who would like a virtual consultation Q&A with Dr. Emily about a specific problem.
60 min Virtual Yoga & meditation session
This one-hour yoga and meditation session is for all levels and will be catered to your current needs. Whether you are looking for one-on-one guidance during stressful times, want to try yoga for the first time or if you just want up your yoga practice – I got you covered! These sessions are so unique because they are designed for you and only you! PERK! The session will be recorded and can be used for daily practice.
